Our plunger lift system is a highly efficient, economical artificial lift solution designed to enhance well production. Using natural gas, gas injection, or the well's own energy, it creates a seal around the plunger that prevents liquid fallback and allows continuous unloading of liquids from the tubing. The plunger itself is a production device that travels within the tubing, acting as a moving interface between the liquid and gas phases and using wellbore pressure to lift loaded liquid to surface.

Lubricators cushion the impact of the arriving plunger and give easy access to it for maintenance or replacement, with design options including single or double outlets, flanged or threaded connections, and standard or low-temperature ratings — pressure-rated at 3K, 5K or 10K and pressure-tested to 150% of designed working pressure. A plunger controller manages plunger movement by monitoring well parameters such as tubing head pressure (THP) and casing head pressure (CHP) and using them to control the motor valve, while smart arrival sensors detect the plunger's arrival at surface and trigger the controller to operate the motor valve — a key element of optimised production. Other surface components include the motor valve, solar panel and drip pot, with tubing stops and bumper springs forming the bottom-hole assembly.
